Originally from The Bronx, Eric lives uptown and has a vast knowledge of the city and surrounding areas. He has a special focus on East Harlem, the neighborhoods of The Bronx, New Rochelle, and Yonkers. Dedicated, attentive, and creative in finding solutions, Eric is as comfortable guiding residential sellers or buyers as he is marketing new developments. He was integral in launching and selling out Embelesar118 in East Harlem and more recently, Monarch at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, NY.
A recipient of the prestigious Deal of the Year Award given by the Real Estate Board of New York, Shebrelle believes that the relationship between clients and their broker is about two things: trust and communication. Focused on making customers for life, she has fine-tuned her client service skills, work ethic, and pricing skills over the course of two decades in New York real estate. An investor herself, Shebrelle is a lifelong New Yorker who was born in Harlem and grew up on famed Edgecombe Ave. She specializes in landmark and unique properties in Harlem, throughout Manhattan, and in The Bronx. She enjoys helping her clients navigate the various property options and neighborhoods of the city.
Pat’s consummate professionalism and vast market knowledge ensure that her clients are fully informed and receive the best possible terms in their transaction. Born and raised in New York, she has lived in Manhattan for over 30 years and gained a comprehensive knowledge of both Manhattan and Queens real estate. Able to anticipate and proactively address any challenges that arise, Pat is an astute real estate partner who believes that every transaction deserves the same level of dedication and compassion. She is adept at guiding first-time homebuyers, sellers, and investors, and also specializes in corporate relocation.
