Philip has over 30 years in the real estate industry, first as a veteran real estate investment banker in the commercial and affordable housing industry and now as an associate broker, having joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2014. He has a reputation for providing exceptional service, exemplary professionalism, and utmost attention to detail no matter the scope of a project or client need. Philip developed a “relationship” approach to his clients that he uses today. “It’s all about the client, and about earning their trust and confidence.” With clients ranging from local buyers and sellers to international real estate owners looking to sell or invest, Philip’s investment background gives him in-depth real estate knowledge. Philip has lived in the Hamptons since age 10, and now resides in Westhampton Beach. He enjoys traveling internationally, cooking, reading, and gardening. He is a board member of Maureen’s Haven, continues to serve the community as vice president of the Board of Directors of the Greater Westhampton Chamber of Commerce, and is a regular supporter of ARF (the Animal Rescue Fund) in Bridgehampton. Philip is also licensed in Manhattan and Florida with Brown Harris Stevens Affiliates.
